Our March Employee of The Month is David! He has been one of our Trainers for over a year; and his progress and impact in the delis has been incredible. Thank you for being so hardworking, committed, and willing to help others.

Here are some fun facts about David:

- His favorite Boar's Head Traditional items are Pepperoni and Mozzerella Cheese. "I use them for homemade pizza and it really is always great quality."

- His favorite retail item we carry is our Turkey Breakfast Sausages. "I eat them every morning along with an omelet and you really can't beat it."

- He said, "My favorite part about working for Northside is making deli associates feel good about the job they are doing and, also, building relationships that will last for years to come."

- He is most proud of "when I teach associates about a new product that we just got in and get the chance to get them excited about it. Then I hear them use that excitement while they promote the new product to customers. I love that."
