Hibachi Mama In 2015 - desperate for hibachi bc we could not find a place that we liked in TX I tried my hand at it. I spent the next few years perfecting my skills.

I've shared many hibachi meals with my family & friends - I'm excited to share it with you & yours!

🌧☀️Rain or Shine it was Hibachi Mama time today at Dinsmore Elementary in Jacksonville. We enjoyed serving up a celebratory Summer Break lunch for this group of 40+ educators!

You should’ve heard the parents in the pick-up line driving right by as the grill was sizzling with the most delicious grub…. 🤤

➡️ The party parameters were to set up and cook fresh on-site, while the teachers & staff mingled and welcomed in Summer Break — and that’s just what we did! Thank you Dinsmore! Happy Summer! ☀️🏝🌸

👩‍🏫 This week Hibachi Mama will be catering a Teacher Luncheon at Dinsmore Elementary in Jacksonville.

➡️ Next week we will be catering two separate lunches for corporate events in Jacksonville, as well.

🙌 Very busy weeks ahead (thankfully), but no to-go lunches planned as of now. Considering weeknight dinners after so many requesting family sized meals. Also, considering doing a booth at the July 4th event (on July 2nd) in Macclenny! Comment if you think either are a good idea! 🇺🇸

☀️🕶⛱ So you’re planning a Summer Party?! I’ve had many inquiries about party dates that are available for this summer.

The best and easiest way to make it fair is a FCFS basis of whomever locks in their party dates first. To secure an afternoon or evening simply pay $100 non-refundable booking fee. $50 of that fee will go towards your party.

If you know you’re wanting to celebrate but don’t have all the guest details ready to place your full order, no worries…a date is all you need right now! If you’re interested in more details please comment and I’ll send them to you!
