Thank you to everyone who showed up — not only today, but over the past few weeks since I announced I was closing. The love and support has meant more than I could ever put into words.

And thank you to every single person who walked through our doors — whether it was one visit or a hundred. You are what made FLX Nutrition what it was.

I will truly miss the hugs, the talks, the laughs and the connections we built inside those walls. You weren’t just customers… you became friends, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

PLEASE READ

Since we’ve shared that we’re closing this Saturday, many of you have asked why. You deserve honesty.

This has been one of the most painful decisions we’ve ever had to make. FLX Nutrition wasn’t just a business to us — it was a place full of friendships, encouragement, laughter and a community we truly loved serving every single day.

Unfortunately, someone in the community made repeated efforts to harm our business by spreading false information and actively discouraging people from coming in. Mailings were sent out, and even materials were placed on cars in the parking lot telling people not to support us. We had no prior relationship with this person and no understanding of why we were targeted.

As a small, locally owned business, actions like that have a much bigger impact than people realize. We did everything we could to push through it. We stayed positive. We kept showing up. But the damage made it impossible for us to continue operating the way we needed to.

Please know this was not due to lack of love, effort or belief in what we built. And it absolutely was not because of our customers — you were the best part of this journey. Your support, conversations, smiles and loyalty meant more than you know.

We are heartbroken, but also incredibly grateful for the relationships and memories that came from this chapter. That is what we’ll carry with us — not the negativity that closed the door.

Thank you for standing by us, for believing in us and for being part of something special.
