2026 WINTER AND SPRING BEEF DATES AND PRICES!

Our current beef price will remain the same through spring: $3.80/lbs (based on the hanging weight). We use Sanchez Processing in Duquoin. That's where you will pick the meat up and pay him the processing fee, which is in addition to the meat price.

A man who means so much to us and our community is facing financially burdening trials. He has done so much for us (and likely you if you are from Hamilton Co) and we would like to pay back just a little of his kindness.

His kids have asked that he remain unnamed. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer in December and it has metastasized. He will need to take chemo treatments long term. This has pushed him to retire earlier than expected.

HERE'S YOUR CHANCE(S) TO HELP AND WIN FREE BEEF! We are raffling off a quarter of beef (estimated worth of $900) going to butcher on October 23. All the donations will go to him and his family. If your name is drawn, all you will have to do is pick it up from the butcher!
