End of Summer & Fall Beef Dates!

Our current beef price is $4.00/lbs (based on the hanging weight). We use Sanchez Processing in Duquoin. That is where you will pick up the meat and pay for your processing fee, which is in addition to the meat cost.

2026 WINTER AND SPRING BEEF DATES AND PRICES!

Our current beef price will remain the same through spring: $3.80/lbs (based on the hanging weight). We use Sanchez Processing in Duquoin. That's where you will pick the meat up and pay him the processing fee, which is in addition to the meat price.
