🎉🦀🐠🦞🐟🍤🎉Ok….here we go …round 3…🟢POST FOR SUNDAY FARMERS MARKET…Sunday June 21. 🟢. 10-12 We are now in uncharted waters for this post. We have never sold in this particular event so we have no idea what to expect or how to proceed. So… please bear with us. ☀️Earle and I will be there and are excited to be bringing 🦞lobsters & steamers to our Machias folks as well as most of our regular inventory. ☀️I have posted a pre order product list. Please note…for this week, we will only have fresh fish by preorder. This may change…depending on demand.
⭐️Please remember to message or text your orders. Don’t leave them in the comments. I WILL confirm your order. If you have not heard from me, I do not have your order. ⭐️Preorders by NOON WEDNESDAY to guarantee your order. You may preorder after that and we will fill your order based on product inventory. I will need 🦞lobster orders by FRIDAY afternoon. We will bring along some extra lobsters but not really sure how many to bring. As Earle said this morning…we are going on a wing and a prayer. He’s not wrong.😂. ⭐️Also, it is getting 🔥warmer…we keep your products heavily 🧊iced or in the 🥶freezers. Please, bring along a cooler or insulated bag with 🧊ice for your purchase, especially those 🦞lobsters. It doesn’t take long in the heat to decrease the life of your fresh seafood. We want you to enjoy it at its best.

🦀🐟🍤🦪🦐🐠🦞June 13th….Happy Saturday! It’s early while I am putting together what will be several posts this morning. Bear with me. I have lots to share. 🔹This coming week begins the start of our Summer Selling season and this summer will look a bit different. 🔸We will be selling at 3 different locations, each with their own special products, timing and deadlines. 🔹We have a few new products and selling out of a couple we have on hand. 🟠 So…this post will be about the product changes….schedules and ordering will be coming along later.
🟡You folks have been enjoying our Hurricane Soups HADDOCK & CLAM CHOWDER this winter and last season. We are bringing back one of last summers favorites…LOBSTER BISQUE and adding a Maine favorite…SEAFOOD CHOWDER. You may remember or if you are one of our many new friends, Hurricane Soups is a Maine company, sourcing Maine products. We love that and hope you do as well!
🟤We found another Maine company with Maine ingredients! Harmon’s CLAM CAKES.. I have attached a graphic with information for you.
🔵Up next…CUTLER CLAMS! In addition to our regular MACHIASPORT STEAMERS, we will be offering the larger clams this season. We had some dropped off Friday and Debra and I will be cooking with them this weekend! We already have some ordered, so I expect many of you will be as excited with these clams as we are. (A quick reminder about clams… because of licensing regulations, we are unable to buy and resell directly from our local diggers. We are required to buy from a licensed clam shop. This, of course, adds to the price of the product to the consumer, but we always try to price our products fairly while trying to keep up with many increases and make a little profit).
🟢On the next restock from our friends at MAINLY SMOKED SALMON, we will be offering the SMOKED SALMON STICKS in ONE POUND PACKAGES. We will continue with the half pounds, but many of you are getting 2 or more and we can offer you a bit of a savings with the one pounders.
🟣I have also attached the products that we are clearing out. Once they are gone, they are gone, at least for the summer. Some are very limited, but you are welcome to have us hold some for you in your order this week…while they last.

🦀🐠🍤Friday..June 12. 8-3ish… yesterday was closer to 3:45 when we left. You folks just kept coming…and us folks were happy to be there for you! Thank you to everyone from our first customer at about 7:45 to the last one of the day. We appreciate each and every one of you!❤️
🔸I have attached our close out sale items. We have a few new products debuting next week and we need freezer space.
🔹Today we have fresh CRABMEAT(being picked up this morning), the very last of our local fresh HALIBUT for the season, fresh HADDOCK, SHRIMP, SMOKED SALMON DIP, 2 # bags MUSSELS and all of your favorites from our freezers.
🔸Don’t forget…next week begins our Summer selling schedule…June schedule is pinned to the top of this page.
🔹Anyone interested in “Cutler Clams”? (HONKERS). IYKYK..😉 had a nice Culter gentleman stop by yesterday.. (yes, he is has a license to resell those clams…you know we can’t buy from the diggers..ugh). He is dropping off a few today for us to try. I have been wanting some of them for quite a while and I bet some of you have as well. They are great to pan fry, make baked stuffed clams (right back in the shell the came out of), chopped for most anything ‘clam’! Debra is already planning how she is going to use them in her cooking. She is a great cook and has tons of ideas of how to cook them. Me, however, Earle will tell you I am a good cook, but I’m not too adventurous. I stick to the old way of things we like.

🦀🐟🍤🐠🦞Updated our June schedule..beginning next week. The Sunday information may change as we firm up our information. On Sunday we will be offering live lobsters & steamers. Fresh fish will be by preorder only. We are looking forward to this little addition to our summer schedule. We hope you are too. 😊

🦀🎓🐠🎓🍤And…BAM… here we are again… these weeks are just flying right by. It was great this week to be back with Debra. We really enjoy our time under the canopy!
😁😁😁You guys know the drill… preorder by Monday noon… pick up by noon on your scheduled day…message, call or text orders and/or questions…I feel like a broken record…BUT…the good news is… every week someone new stops in and says we found you on Facebook, someone sent them our way (thank you) or they didn’t know about our craziness…so I will bore our regulars and entertain our newbies! Product list attached for this week. I’m checking out a couple new products..we shall see. I will also be making a separate post about our new venture in 🦞Machias this summer.
🎉It’s finally 🎓💙🎓❤️graduation weekend so we will be busy with all of the celebrating…I will be checking messages and getting back to folks before the end of the day. Thank you, as always…we are very appreciative that you chose to trust us with your seafood business.🧡

🦀🐠🦪🐟🍤It’s time to think ahead… I know…. Thinking ahead is often way over rated…but…. it helps us plan better for you folks.
🔸We have had folks asking about flounder so I have it on our list this week. I priced it and even though it is still a bit pricey, it’s better than it was earlier this spring.
🔸We’re also hoping for more local halibut this week. The season is so short that we try to get it while we can.
🔸This week Debra will be back …Earle is trying to get lobstering. Thursday will be an 8-3 day but Friday will be 8-1. 🎓Graduation festivities begin Friday evening so this Gram is going home early to rest the leg and maybe catch a quick 😴nap…lol.
