🚀However, my soon to be cousin-in-law was flying into Orlando shared her photo with the fam. Then our niece (attending college in Florida) shared a video of the launch with the family too!

Today I made a classic french dessert. These profiteroles are made with choux pastry that is light as air and filled with the crème patissiere I made yesterday and allowed to set over night and finished with a chocolate glaze.
(Cream puffs and homemade vanilla custard) 😘🤌

7 is the number. Hear something or see something seven times and you need to try it, buy it or have it! (Guilty) So I got the 7th suggestion for Jalapeno Peach🍑 Pepper Jelly! So away we go with phase one. Experimentation! (I love this phase).

Any testers available tomorrow?! lol

The winter was long but the renewal of another year has been exciting.

More changes and some potentially BIG news coming this year!!

This year started with charcuterie sized 4oz jars for Super Bowl spreads and Valentines Day Baskets 🏈 💘

I donated a far out “Disco 🪩” Basket for this years Broadwater Academy Gala.
