One of these subjects is 26 years old. Can you guess which - Jon or the grapes 😏

Our 26-year-old Merlot vines are shining bright here on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. Time is the greatest teacher, and these grapes are a beautiful reflection of all these vines (and our team) have learned along the way.

They carry the distinct “Chatham cherry” note that speaks to this place and shines through in both our Merlot-based Rosé and varietal Merlot red.

Join us this Sunday, August 23 from 2–4 PM for another afternoon of live music at the Crush Pad featuring the Steel Pennies.

Hard to believe our summer intern, William, is heading back to college!

Jon and Mills’ son William has spent the summer working alongside the team here at Chatham (aka home), and now he’s headed back to JMU for his senior year, where he’s studying Hospitality Management with minors in Business and Political Science.

We’ve loved having William with us this summer and wish him a great senior year ahead.

Another Dead on the Vine in the books!

What an unforgettable evening under the summer stars here at Chatham. Last Fair Deal brought the music, the dance floor stayed busy, and the good vibes carried us through the night.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 18th annual Dead on the Vine. We loved spending one of our favorite nights of the summer with you!
