Chef Tom was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. He attended Automotive Mechanic School for 5 years, then worked for Thai Airways as an aircraft ground equipment technician overseeing maintenance equipment. As years passed working for Thai Airways, he was given the opportunity to travel to the United States to begin a new journey in a different field. After moving to New York City with his family, he started his first job in the food industry washing dishes. He worked his way up from dishwasher to chef in one of New York’s famous French restaurants. From there, he broadened his horizons by working for a 5-star hotel in Manhattan as an executive chef for 12 years. While working there, he also maintained his hobby of learning different types of cuisine from all over the world. After gaining experience in French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Kosher, and Nouveau American cuisine (just to name a few), Chef Tom moved to Georgia to expand on his passion for cooking.
