Have you ever wondered about the differences in our SLH Chardonnay and Unoaked Chardonnay? Both are from the Smith & Lindley Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands but have very different flavor profiles.

Monterey County Now does a great job discussing the different winemaking practices and flavor profiles in each of these beautiful wines!

Harvest is almost here! Our winemaking team is busy visiting the Rancho Real and Fiddlestix Vineyards this morning. The grapes changing color from green to red is called veraison, a very important part of the vines lifecycle when the grapes begin to naturally sweeten. This indicates to our winemaking team that harvest is just around the corner!

We were deeply honored to represent California winemaking at the United States 250th Anniversary celebration at the US Embassy in Australia!

This historic occasion was marked with iconic American brands, classic American foods, an evening of spectacular fireworks and our award-winning wines. The Prime Minister of Australia was even in attendance and toasted America’s 250th Anniversary.
