Summary:
Oversee Purchase of Materials and Supplies, Chemicals & Fuels.
Responsibilities:
1. The main responsibility of procurement specialists is to ensure that the supply chain needs of a company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
2. Manage Inventory levels while working with company employees.
3. Prepare and submit monthly chemical use reports.
4. Review and file water & Nitrogen forms
5. Manage and maintain good records of inventory levels.
6. Review bills at end of month and make sure prices and qty ordered are correct along with location sent to. Make sure information is same as PO issued.
7. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee by Employer. Employer has the right to assign Employee to perform any duties that Employer deems necessary.

Requirements:
Knowledgeable of computer programs
50 WPM
Proficient in standard productivity software e.g., spreadsheets, word processing
Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience

Responsible for delivering and purchasing goods for agricultural company and updating company databases. Bilingual candidates preferred.

50% time spent driving across company ranches.
50% time spent in office.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies with ranch supervisors
• Find deals for supplies needed for operations
• Create and follow up on purchase orders using purchase database
• Update and maintain equipment database.
Assist owners with special projects; other duties as assigned
