This plate features our in-house breaded fried pork chop served with TWO large portion sides and a warm roll. This one’s stacked with baked beans loaded with brisket and a refreshing coleslaw that brings the perfect bright balance to this hearty, delicious meal. 😋🐖🥬

JED’S BACON CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES 🍔🍟

We start with a handcrafted beef patty on our flattop grill, throw down some expertly blended seasonings, and let the meat cook to perfection—juicy on the inside with crispy edges.

Next, we throw down some diced onions, bacon, and a brioche bun. Once the burger is almost done cooking, we add the onions and bacon to the patty and a few slices of cheese to melt on top just right.

Now we fix it up with any toppings you like—and don’t forget some sauce for our house-cut fries.
