I am a life long commercial fisherman having fished up and down the east coast and the Bahamas I have over 20 years experience in everything from charter fishing to working on commercial draggers. I currently own a small commercial fishing boat fishing almost exclusively with rod and reel which is by far the most sustainable technique to harvest various food fish and also produces the highest qual
ity and freshest product available. I currently live in Connectcut and have spent the majority of my life fishing the local waters here in New England. I decided to start Prime Seafood LLC because after years of watching and learning the process by which seafood is currently harvested, transported, distributed, and eventually sold to the end user I began to realize the lack of efficiency in the industry as well as the lack in ability for restaurants, wholesalers, and retail consumers to obtain truly fresh, high quality products and with my experience and contacts within the industry decided i have the ability to offer the highest quality seafood to anyone not only locally but nationwide so everyone and anyone can enjoy the freshest fish and lobster possible whenever they desire. So called "fresh fish" is a term widely used but rarely true by my standards and through various partnerships I am developing a pipeline to source products that truly are the freshest available and by that i mean delivery to your business or home in under 48 hours from the time our boats hit the dock and in many cases in under 36 hours after the product was actually harvested. Myself and my employees take pride in our loyalty, fairness, and respect we have for not only our customers but anyone we do business with on a day to day basis and stand behind the promise we make to provide the freshest product available.
