Have you tried SHF Hot Honey? Our Hot Honey is hand made in small batches. We start with our all natural, local, raw honey, then we infuse it with real habanero pepper and pablano pepper. Habanero for the heat, and pablano for the rich pepper flavor. Other types of Hot Honey on the market use vinegar in their recipe, but there is no vinegar in our Hot Honey. All natural, spicy, sweet, with a rich pepper flavor! Great in recipes, as a drizzle for pizza or prepared dishes, a dip for chicken nuggets or wings, or however you like it!

2 of our new bee yards being built up in the county! Thank God for keeping us going while we were down, and thank God for helping us since we got back up! I had 5 level neck fusion surgery 2 1/2 years ago, then my wife had a stroke and a 22 day ICU stay 1 1/2 years ago, but God kept us and restored us! God is so good to us! 🙌🏼

Moving some of these girls to new bee yards today. Spring buildup has been slow with the drought this year, but we are working hard to build up colony numbers to keep our customers supplied!

We had a great time seeing our valued customers today at the Spring Into Madison Festival in downtown Madison! Thank you so much to each one who stopped by, we appreciate your business and the conversation as well! Looking forward to the start of the West Rock Farmers Market beginning the first Saturday in June! Thank God for the rain, it sure will help my honey making friends!
