📣 Fun fact about Mija’s Homemade Tortillas:

When I make chips, I don’t just open a bag and pour them into a container.
I hand fry every batch myself and season them with tajin instead of plain salt.

They’re crunchy, tangy, a little spicy, and dangerously easy to snack on.

Most people know me for tortillas and tamales, but Mija’s Chips deserve a little love too. ❤️

One of my comfort meals is arroz con pollo, a simple soup made with tender chicken, potatoes, and rice simmered together into a warm, hearty bowl. Nothing fancy, just good homemade food that fills the kitchen with amazing smells and the belly with comfort.
