Wishing you all a very happy New Year! The Madison Bailliage recently put a bow on 2024 with with a fantastic sherry dinner pairing. We sampled a wide variety of sherries that winderfully complimented our multi-course meal.

Wishing you all a very happy New Year! The Madison Bailliage recently put a bow on 2024 with with a fantastic sherry dinner pairing. We sampled a wide variety of sherries that winderfully complimented our multi-course meal.

Nothing says summer like a BBQ picnic in the park. and our Vice Culinaire, Chef Dan Fox served up some amazing dishes including charcuterie, lobster/corn salad, ribs, bbq chicken, pulled pork, smoked sausage, and various sides and desserts. Our Vice Echanson, Katie Lary, also selected some great wines to accompany our feast. Perfect weather was the cherry on top of this great event!
