Our Story

Jesse and Ashley live together in Madison, CT with their 3 pets. Jesse is a career Firefighter/Paramedic at West Shore Fire Department in West Haven and Ashley is a full time EMT at Madison EMS in Madison. They were looking for a hobby for their off days to allow them a break from savings lives or putting out fires! After redoing their 1930’s farmhouse together last year, Jesse got the idea to create a workshop to build things that Ashley finds on Pinterest. Now the old run down garage on their property is home to Jesse’s new workshop and boy would it make most men and women jealous! Jesse is making all sorts of things from cutting boards to farmhouse tables while Ashley does the finish work! Let Jesse fulfil all of your Pinterest wants and needs. Ashley has also found her love for flowers and their yard is growing beautifully into a huge cut flower garden as well as raised beds for vegetables. She is making beautiful arrangements that she sells in front of their home all season long. It’s easy to spot their stand while driving down Horse Pond Rd. Stop today for some fresh veggies or a beautiful flower arrangement for any occasion! Together they are enjoying their little farm and trying to live The Simple Life.
