Well, we our internet was blown out Tuesday evening, apparently like half of Madison. We are a bit behind but our super secret IT wing (Eric Otten) has patched it together and it's on the mend. So, we better have an update-
We send our sincerest condolences to the congregation of Trinity United Methodist Church. We watched my church burn to the ground when I was 9 years old. I know how it feels. If you folks ever could ever use our facilities for any need at all, just ask. We're finally getting things lined up to start bottling! You'll see Viking Mead, Seyval Blanc , Dance Monkey Concord really soon.
Saturday, May 16, Sharlee Davis and Will Devitt play their brand of jazz/folk/country fusion at 7pm. It's always a fun, relaxing night!
We're not baking this week, parts of us are out of town training. But next week we'll have our Jalapeno-Jack Rustico bread! Perfect and famous for your Memorial Day barbeques!
Friday, May 22nd, It's Big Bbq Pork Sandwiches at the Winery!
6-9pm, or until we run out. You can have them Hoosier style or Carolina Piedmont style!
Saturday, May 23rd, it's the highly vaunted Slick River Rockets at 8 pm! They are a don't miss!!!
