Premature to fully judge, but I’m an impatient man. The Barnstokkr after 5 days bottled. It does not have the full aroma I was targeting, but the flavor is quite pleasant. A little sweet, not dry, caramel and floral.

Plus, it sounds like Barn Stock; which I like. :)

Good thing I was here today as I had a clogged hose. I might have got sprayed in the face with pressurized wort as I rectified the issue.

We bottled the latest test batch of Olafr's Original Valhalla Ale this week and the Berserkr Stout will get done Saturday. Learning, refining, and making epic beers to bring to you in the future.
