BIG NEWS from behind the pond!
After years of advanced problem-solving, expert ingenuity, and a whole lot of “we can do this ourselves” energy… the new water line is officially in!
Installed 100% in-house by our highly skilled talent (also known as whoever was available and willing to dig).
Fresh, clean water is now flowing, the livestock are thrilled, and morale is way up now that we’re not dragging hoses halfway across the county.
Sometimes it’s not glamorous — but man, it’s satisfying when it works.

Happy cold morning to everyone! I would say this fence work is meeting the “standard”! Had to do a little bit of fence work until it’s time to haul some hay. This is what we do in between!

A few of our tasks for the day, we salvaged some old fuel tanks that NB’s dad and Grandpa used on the farm for decades- and we were able to move some more Baleage today as well- the trucks ran good, even though they only had to go about 2 miles!! We also were able to work on some fence for some troublemakers, but I was able to keep them successfully distracted! We got it done nicely and wonder what’s next? Oh wait the NFR is on!!
