We are sad to report that our DJ Creamy Ranch who has been with us for many years is moving on to other venues ... so we are on the search for the ideal candidate!
Hallowfest at Regal Vineyards DJ Wanted 🎃
We're looking for a high-energy DJ to bring the party to life at our Halloween event!
What We're Looking For
Confident, engaging stage presence
Ability to read the crowd and keep energy levels high all night
Comfortable using a microphone to hype up guests, make announcements, and encourage participation
Experience DJing parties, festivals, weddings, or themed events
Strong music library spanning multiple genres and decades
Professional sound and lighting setup preferred
Halloween-themed music, effects, and creativity are a plus
Responsibilities
Create an energetic, fun atmosphere from start to finish
Keep guests dancing and engaged throughout the event
Take appropriate requests and adapt to the crowd
Coordinate with event staff on timing, announcements, and activities
Arrive early for setup and sound check

Date: 12 nights - Fridays and Saturdays 9/25 thru 10/31
Time: 7pm - 10pm
Location: Hallowfest at Regal Vineyards 2678 Countyline Rd., Madison

Ideal Candidate
Our previous Halloween DJ combined great music with an entertaining performance style, keeping the crowd involved and energized throughout the night. We're looking for someone who can do more than just play music—they should be able to command the room, create memorable moments, and keep the party moving.
