Today is also the last day to order a holiday meal through with my hand pies as an add-on! The pies are take and bake, so you can queue them up for just the right moment (because I agree, pie IS a breakfast food).

I have been able to take on a limited number of whole pies for pre-order - email me if that’s something you’d like to do! SO, tarts will be on a FLASH SALE BASIS, like today!

Just checked the waitlist and we are at... 44 responses 👀 I’ve turned off accepting any more requests and am officially full up - pre-orders, errant pies, anything that comes out of that oven in the following 14 hours is officially spoken for. Thank you for your kind words this Thanksgiving season - there is not a single day I wake up and wonder if there’s still a demand for pie in Madison, and I’m so grateful for that.

Pie people, we’re officially in the throes of Thanksgiving pie-mania. At any time, I am elbow deep in apple peels, pie dough, or caramelized squash! Some FAQ’s are answered on the Thanksgiving tab, otherwise thank you for your patience as I try to respond to emails while simultaneously baking! I have hopes to sell some of my handmade, preformed frozen pie crusts on Wednesday - keep your eyes peeled, stay safe, and the warmest of thank-yous for including me on your tables this year.

A strong theme of this Thanksgiving for me is the multitude of ways in which we demonstrate community to each other when we can’t be there physically. Whether it’s a thoughtful pie left on a doorstep, texting friends to tell them how much we love them, a letter in the mail, or a surprise coffee for those busily working this season, I am often amazed at our capacity to be creative and loving from afar. I am baking all my love and support for you into these pie creations from my table to yours - I hope you can feel it. Love, your local pie lady

Sweet potato cardamom is creamy, zesty, & lightly spiced with a hint of bitters. I think this flavor pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee for breakfast, but admittedly, I see nothing wrong with pie for breakfast. Lots of pies in the case today for all your breakfast, lunch, & dinner cravings!

New flavor alert! Cider caramel cream mini pies have hit the case this week!

Other flavors this week include:
- mulled cider apple mini pies
- sweet potato cardamom, both a whole 10” pie and in mini pies
- cranberry orange almond tarts
- moonglow pear, fig, and cardamom custard tarts
- sour cherry galettes
- chicken pot pasties
- beet & goat cheese galettes
- acorn squash, caramelized onion, and Swiss quiche
