Tomorrow, our White Alice soup special will be Aromatic Carrot Ginger.

Made with tender organic carrots, fresh ginger, garlic, lemon zest, caramelized sweet red onions and coconut milk, this soup is creamy, bright, healthy and truly delicious.

Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene for eye and skin health, and Vitamin C.

Ginger contains gingerol, a bioactive compound known to soothe digestion, reduce inflammation, and support immune health.

The pureed fiber promotes healthy digestion.

Along with one of our White Alice Sourdough boules or batards, and a salad, dinner is all set!

This is an APB to our friends who need or prefer GLUTEN-FREE desserts!

Today we are making a batch of delicious handmade Tiramisu, and we will have one (1) extra gluten-free available! This will be made with gluten-free Savoiardi bo***ir sponges imported from Italy, espresso, Kahlua, mascarpone, freshly whipped cream and Belgian chocolate cocoa.

We'll only have the one extra this time, so act fast because when it's gone, it's gone.

Today, we made something extra special to help celebrate the birthday of a 90-year-old lady.

This is an Italian Cream Cake. Despite its name, the Italian Cream Cake is actually a beloved Southern classic.

It features moist, tender layers packed with toasted pecans and shredded coconut, enhanced by hints of vanilla and almond, and generously frosted with a rich, tangy cream cheese icing

Thank you, Jessica Butler, for inviting us to prepare some snacks for tonight's Rainbow River Club gathering at Butler Professional Collective!

We all enjoyed a lovely evening celebrating love, acceptance, community and inclusion among good friends in Madison. Butler Professional Collective is a fabulous place for a party!

We served smoked salmon mousse with mascarpone, shallots, lemon zest, cucumber and dill in phyllo cups; organic strawberry bruschetta with balsamic and honey on homemade sourdough crostini; pesto bocconcini skewers with grape tomatoes; homemade white truffle and shaved parmesan popcorn with chives; and miniature passionfruit pavlovas with passionfruit marshmallow whipped cream and blueberries. Yum!
