Today we made scrumptious spanakopita.

Delicate layers of buttered phyllo pastry filled with a delicious filling of tender spinach, sautéed onion and garlic, sumac, fresh eggs, dill and Feta cheese. Baked until golden, crisp and fragrant.

Served with homemade tzatziki and crusty White Alice bread.
