Hello fellow Hussonians!
As the new season approaches we are excited to announce a brand new menu concept coming to our little cart. 10 years after our business concept emerged and 9 years after our launch, we felt it was time to explore new ways to cook our food.
Our new, all BOILED menu will dive into various methods of all-wet cooking. From barely cooked "Mist Steamed" items to one-pot, boiled-to-oblivion "English Style" mash-ups, we want to educate our clientele on the variety of techniques from this underappreciated cooking form. And don't worry, salt will be available upon request for our clients who are more flavor inclined.
