Rykers Ridge Blueberry We are a u-pick farm using all natural processes to grow three acres of blueberry plants in Southern, IN.

We are a small "u-pick" farm who uses all natural processes to grow and harvest over 1000 Blueberry plants during the summer months in Southern Indiana.

Our blueberry picking experience will be open, with a limited quantity of berries available Monday 6/29 and Tuesday 6/30. This may be the last chance to visit for the 2026 season, so we invite you to come if you’re close and looking to just come and explore. Hello all! Hoping to have our last push of ripe berries after the rain stops and the sun comes out. We should potentially be opening up on Monday morning at 8am (June 29th) for picking while supplies last until 8pm. This may be more of an experience picking than a picking in bulk if that is what you’re looking for. Once the heat comes back and the sun comes out the final berries will ripen and then we will be at the end of our 2026 season once those are gone.

🫐 Monday June 15th Evening Blueberry Update 🫐

First, a huge thank you to everyone who came out this season and helped us tackle what felt like a mountain of blueberries! Thanks to all of your enthusiastic picking, our bushes need a little time to catch their breath and ripen the next wave of berries.

We’ll be closed for a few days while Mother Nature works her magic. The rain showers that moved through Sunday evening should help encourage more berries to ripen, but farming is a bit like predicting the weather… you can make your best guess, but nature always gets the final say. 🌦️🫐

And then there are the birds. 🐦 They apparently don’t check our harvest schedule before helping themselves!

We’ll keep a close eye on the bushes and post updates as soon as we know when enough berries are ripe for picking again. Be sure to follow our page and watch for announcements.

Thank you for your patience and support. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another round of blueberry picking soon! 💙🫐🌳

🫐 FREE SAMPLES! Come pick with us! 🫐

The blueberries are officially out of control! Our bushes are absolutely loaded with ripe, juicy berries, and they are unbelievably sweet right now. There’s just something magical about eating a sun-warmed blueberry straight from the bush. ☀️🫐

The weather for the area is looking fantastic, especially from 8 AM to 1 PM, with comfortable temperatures and plenty of sunshine. Even later in the day, highs are expected to stay in the lower 80s, making for a beautiful day to be outdoors.

If you’ve been thinking about coming out, this may be one of the LAST guaranteed weekends of blueberry season! The berries are ripe, plentiful, and waiting for pickers before they become overripe or fall from the bushes. Birds are out in full force!!!

A sincere thank you to all our valued customers who have shown resilience in the face of the heat this week. As a reminder, our business hours exclude Thursdays. However, in light of the bountiful berry harvest, we will be opening tomorrow, June 11th, for a special evening picking session from 5pm until dusk.

☁️ The clouds have rolled in, and honestly, it’s making for some pretty comfortable blueberry picking! No blazing sun, just a nice overcast day to wander the rows and fill your bucket. 🫐🧺

We’ll be open until 8:00 PM today, Monday June 8th, until the rain makes it too unbearable and it’s time for everyone to head home. There are still plenty of ripe berries waiting to be picked!

A friendly warning from the blueberry bushes: the mosquitoes have apparently scheduled a family reunion and attendance is at an all-time high. 🦟😅 Be sure to bring bug spray if you’re coming out.

Grab the family, enjoy some fresh air, and stock up on fresh blueberries while the picking is good!

We can hardly believe it, but Mother Nature has been on our side this year. The rain looks like it’s holding off a little while longer, giving everyone one more great opportunity to come out and pick from the abundance of ripe berries still hanging on the bushes.

If you’ve been thinking about getting some fresh blueberries, now is the perfect time! Once the rain finally arrives, it should help finish ripening many of the berries still waiting on the bushes for the remainder of the season.

And a huge congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎓 If your day isn’t completely filled with graduation celebrations and parties after the ceremony, we’d love to see you out at the farm.

🫐☀️ The rain has moved on, the bushes are loaded, and Saturday’s forecast is looking just about perfect! ☀️🫐

If you’ve been thinking about coming out to pick blueberries, this may be your best opportunity before the next round of rain showers arrives. The berries are ripening faster than we can keep up with, and every day more of them reach peak sweetness.

We’re encouraging everyone to come help us share in this year’s incredible bounty before the birds and Mother Nature decide it’s their turn! Some berries are already getting so ripe they’re beginning to drop from the bushes, and we’d much rather see them go home in your bucket than end up on the ground.
