The brewery will be closed this week for Labor Day Break, Wednesday, 9/2 through Sunday, 9/6. Thank you so much for your support over the last month and a half. We can’t wait to see you next Wednesday, 9/9 with some new beers on tap!

New release of Double Dry Hopped Double Daybreaker at the brewery today, Friday! We’ll be here slinging beers from 12-9pm. You may or may not have had the chance to try Double Daybreaker at our opening but it was our first beer to sell out. We knew we had to bring it back bigger and better than before.

This iteration of DDH Double Daybreaker uses the blend of New Zealand and American hops that make this beer a heavy hitter but with an additional layer of the finest Nectaron and Motueka hops from New Zealand. DDH Double Daybreaker hits notes of white Lifesaver Gummies, pineapple dole whip and a touch of key lime pie.

New cans today! The brewery will be open Friday from 12pm-9pm with a new batch of Ch-Ching! our IPA featuring some of our favorite hops from the Pacific Northwest!

This batch contains the addition of John Segal Zumo hops as the rotating hop. Segal Ranch is a storied hop farm in Washington’s Yakima Valley, growing estate-quality hops with a breeding program that has been putting out some fantastic new varieties. In this batch of Ch-Ching! Zumo brings top notes of lime zest and highlights some of the bright orange juice character we pull from the core hop blend. We’re pretty excited on this one!

It’s been exactly one month since we opened our doors and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout of incredible support. We already have our regulars coming through and love seeing new faces from near and far every single day!

Starting today, we will be closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays in order for us to keep up with your seemingly unquenchable thirst for our beer! What does this mean? We’ll be doing our best to keep the taplist at or close to our 6 beer rotation on a consistent basis and have more to-go can options available for you. We’ll also be able to get started on some of our barrel-aging projects that have always been so near and dear to our hearts.

We cannot express our thanks enough. We can’t wait to see you Wednesday!

Happy Saturday! We have some cans for you this afternoon when we open at 12 - Sonnenwelt, our 5.1% Weissbier (Hefeweizen) is drinking just perfect on this beautiful summer day

Sonnenwelt is our traditionally brewed weissbier, inspired by our visits to Bavaria, Germany. It’s hard to find something more refreshing than a fresh, well-brewed weissbier in summer! We crafted Sonnenwelt using a traditional triple decoction mashing process with a grist consisting solely of New Jersey grown and malted wheat and barley. We hopped this delightful beer with Hersbrucker hops from Locher-Hopfen in Tettnang, Germany

Sonnenwelt drinks with notes of fresh baked banana bread, lychee and pear aromatics along with a hint of fall spices

We wanted to take a minute to introduce you to one of our latest beer releases, Coral Drift - available today, Friday at the brewery from 12-9pm!

Coral Drift is our 5.4% pale ale we’ve been dreaming of for years. Inspired by many trips across the country and abroad visiting some of the best breweries in the world. Coral Drift is brewed with a selection of American and European Malts and brewed with some of our favorite hops. It drinks with flavors of pineapple, Hawaiian punch, fresh squeezed OJ, and a deliciously resinous undertone. We could drink this all day, every day

Open today from 12-9pm with a newly tapped beer! Run, don’t walk for this one.

Carefree Wonder is our 12° Czech Pale Lager brewed exclusively with New Jersey grown and malted Pilsner malted from Rabbit Hill Malthouse. This beer is an ode to the original, brewed using the most classic triple decoction method and hopped exclusively with Saaz hops from Bohemia Hop in the Žatec region of Bohemia. Our longest brewday produces one of our simplest beers. The mashing process creates layers of bready, crackery complexity while a strong addition of some of the highest quality hops in the world creates notes of fresh herbal spices and hints of orange marmalade

Happy Tuesday! The brewery will be closed today to allow us to brew a second batch for this week to refill our tanks! You’ve nearly drank us out of beer and we don’t want that happening. New batch coming in later this week to get the board back up to 6 beers 🍻 thank you for your continued support, we can’t wait to see you Wednesday!
