Tasting Notes: Rich golden amber color. A fruit-forward and perfumed nose delivers layers of spiced apple, creme caramel, banana, raspberry, and hints of vanilla and rich spice. A modestly sweet profile provides a palate of baked apple pie, toasted oak, cinnamon, caramel, and a touch of cherry cobbler. The finish is long and spice-forward, leaving trailing notes of snickerdoodles and honey-glazed cornbread.
