Gooooooood morning Madison! Weather is getting HOT, Brat fest is in town, pools are opening, Memorial Day weekend is upon us!! With all the activities going on this weekend don’t forget to make some time to come out and see us, we got two days for you this weekend!

Friday (5/22) catch us at for food cart Friday from 5-8pm. We love working draft, personally I think they are brewing some of the best craft beers in the state and have a gorgeous building and patio space. We are excited to be a part of the summer food cart rotation there, definitely worth stopping by, working draft is a great host/venue.

And of course it wouldn’t be a summer Saturday if you didn’t see us at the one and only !! This Saturday (5/23) you guys know the drill 1-8pm at !

Really fun weekend coming up, our two favorite venues back to back, doesn’t get much better than that for us 🤷‍♂️❤️. As always we love you Madison and stay hydrated!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A lil personal health technical difficulty today can’t stop the wave!!!! 💪💪 tomorrow (5/16) from 1pm-8pm 🔥🔥🔥. We are coming with a full pull to get through the dinner rush tomorrow we want to serve everybody who stops by plus we are adding an extra hour since we are only out one day this week!

It’s starting to feel like summer again, which means food cart season is in full swing in the beautiful city of Madison! Few highlights this week we want make a post for!

First we are closing a little early Thursday for lunch,(2pm) for a night event.

Second we are open late on Friday (5pm) in our regular State Street spot for graduation weekend. Congratulations to all the hard working students for surviving the school year, and double congratulations to the ones graduating this weekend!

Lastly and the main reason we made this post was to highlight our return to our favorite venue, ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We will be there this Saturday from 1-7pm or sell out! To make this day even better our friends will have some limited release beers available from 1-4pm at !

Ladies and gentlemen and chickens of all ages we come to you with an exciting update!! We kinda wanted to hold off on this until our new cart was ready but we figured we’d let one fly early.

Hope you’re ready for the official release of our very first ever CHICKEN CHEESESTEAKS!!!!!! That’s right you can now get any cheesesteak with chicken for only $12. We don’t use the processed chicken pucks either it’s fresh in house marinated and grilled chicken thighs, chopped and loaded with veggies and melted cheese!

Gotta shout out our good friend of the show being the second person ever to try one, and for proving the necessary feedback to allow us to feel comfortable to announce them to the world!!

Goood morning Madison!!!! Spring is here and with that we wanted to try something new! We get not everyone eats beef and not everyone who eats beef likes cheesesteaks. We have been wanting to add a chicken option and non cheesesteaks option for a while and this week seemed like a good one to test some things.

We will be running a chicken pesto all week in limited quantities only about 7/10 orders a day. We even tried to come in at as low of a price point as we could and managed to come in at 10 dollars in this economy!! Lighter and more affordable that is the goal with this item. If this is something you want to see continue, like this post and share it with your friends, or just buy them!!! The more we sell the more we’ll make!

The start to our year is only a few days away! We can’t wait to get into the full swing of things again, but before we do we have some changes to our daily operations we want to fill everybody in on.

Nothing drastic is happening just a few fine tuning tweaks. First you’ll notice our updated menu, yes the prices have increased. I think everyone knows about the beef price situation by now and it is what it is. We found a good supplier last year and our prices have mostly stabilized but we did need to update our costs going forward. I feel like it’s not a huge increase, I think we did the best we could to vary price points on the items we could and we don’t feed you Sysco slop 🤷‍♂️. Also this will be our everyday menu no more stupid lunch and dinner menu that was a bad idea on my end sorry guys 😂.

Second you’ll notice a slight shift in our hours. We tried to work out a consistent schedule with the morning bakery this winter and I think we have found one that will work. We should be able to have access to the oven a little earlier this year and hopefully can be open at 10:30 instead of 11. Keep in mind it’s still a shared space so it might not be perfect everyday so always check the story for updates! Also note we will be closing at 3 this year so get to us early if you want to secure the box, pun intended! No procrastinating this year your professor will thank us later ❤️

Mic check is this thing on? Feels like it’s been a while since we’ve been out full time? Dare I say, “it feels like it’s been since ‘last year’…..”

Okay now that that’s outta my system let’s get to it!

-First the moment you’ve all been waiting for…..We will be back full time on State Street, March 2nd!!! I will rain on the parade a little bit, there will be a price increase, we will post the menu and updated prices in a separate post soon, try to hold off the pitchforks until then plz:).

-Second and my personal highlight of the month is we have ANOTHER pop up happening THIS WEEK!!! The wonderful team is having us back this Thursday and Friday! (2/19,2/20) Pre orders are live and the link is in our bio! Our cheesesteak with Graze cheese curds is a combo you really can’t miss!! Get a magic coffee as well, one of my favorite drinks in Madison currently!!!
