🐄🌾 Connecting Our Community to Agriculture! 🌾🐄

The Rotary Club of Morgan County was pleased to welcome Leah Benkoski of Big Sandy Creek Dairy Farm as our guest speaker!

Big Sandy Creek Dairy Farm has been a family farm since 1947 and is currently home to approximately 200 head of cattle, with about 80 cows milked daily. For the past 20 years, the farm has opened its doors to students, helping young people learn firsthand where their food comes from and what life on a working dairy farm is really like.

Today, their educational programs reach an incredible 4,000 students each year! Through farm tours, FFA and 4-H programs, Discover Dairy, summer dairy camp, and other hands-on experiences, they are helping build an appreciation for agriculture and inspire the next generation of agricultural leaders.

A special thank you to Leah Benkoski for joining us and sharing the story of Big Sandy Creek Dairy Farm and the important work they are doing to connect families, students, and our community with agriculture. 🐄❤️
