Meatball Parmigana with Fettucine Alfredo- freshly rolled beef meatballs covered with Nana's homemade red sauce and topped with mozzarela cheese and served with fettuccine Alfredo.

Cheese Enchiladas with Charro Beans- White corn gluten free tortillas filled with cheese and topped with a tomato and cheese sauce served with a side of Charro beans filled with flavors.

Blackened Catfish with Corn Maque Choux- Louisiana catfish blackened and served over smothered corn and seasoning- a true Cajujn meal.

Shrimp Roban- Louisiana shrimp tossed in a creamy sauce just like Semolina’s used to serve!

Smoked Pulled Pork with BBQ Beans- Tender and slow smoked pork served with bbq beans.

Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya- a Louisiana staple!
