Funny story about Frappe “ “ Frappuccino”. He had his hooves trimmed today by our vet , as his hooves grow abnormally. His hooves and his horns are very impressive! He is a beautiful boy! The vet had his lasso out to catch him and Frappe  passed out. I thought the vet had caught him, but no.., he passed out cold!
Frappe is a beautiful boy and his feet are much better!

This little donkey! ❤️ She is 1 days old and has more personality than most people I know. She has no fear, no apprehension, no worries. She snuggled, kissed, bumped heads and loved on all day. She is an incredible little spirit! And again, she has been on earth for 24 hours.
You can’t see in the picture where she was laying next to her Mom in the hay! Her tail was wagging a 1000 beats a minute. She was in bliss!

They say it takes a village, not only does it take a village, but it takes a tribe! Boy do we have one! Love these people to the moon and back!

We have needed to add this donkey shelter since we’ve been here! Now our babies, especially the Mamas with the newborns, will have a dry safe place to go. The donks were so funny. They all walked over and were walking in and out the stalls, checking it out when we were finished.
 We will enclose the final pieces at the top so that they’ll be secure on three sides. We are going to put gates on the front so we’ll have a stall to lock them in if there is a reason to do so.

There was a little baby goat and baby donkey Lovin going on in between building.
