Good morning from the farm! Have you seen the forecast for Saturday? This is what we’ve been waiting for… mostly sunny and a high of 69 degrees! Such a welcome relief from the intense heat we’ve seen this summer and early fall! We will be at the Gateway Farmer’s Market this Saturday, October 17th with our latest batch of chicken. So if you’re looking for whole chicken, thighs, and breasts, as well as the other cuts, we will have them. But remember, they go fast! We will also have our farm-raised pork as well as homemade jelly! Looking forward to seeing you there! And, you may want to wear a light jacket! 🍂🍁🐓🐖🥚🥓

Good morning from the Gateway Farmer’s Market!

We will be at the Gateway Farmer’s Market Saturday morning from 7:00 am until noon. We just made a new batch of muscadine jelly as well as pickles (hot and spicy and zesty bread and butter) and will bring some to the market. We will also have brown country eggs, and farm-raised chicken, pork, and as always all of our products are Arkansas raised right here on our farm! Looking forward to seeing you there! 🐖🐓🥓🥚

Taking orders for hickory smoked hams available mid December. We will only have a limited supply. So reserve yours now before they’re all spoken for. These hams are bone-in, sugar cured, and hickory smoked. They are available whole hams, butt portion, or shank portion. And as always, the hogs were born and raised right here on our farm!

We have had several customers ask about a cured and hickory-smoked ham for the upcoming Christmas holiday season. So we have decided to have a few prepared. We will only have a limited number and are currently taking orders. So if you’re interested, let us know as soon as possible. The hams will be ready for delivery mid December. The approximate weights are as follows:
Whole: 16-20 lbs
Butt half: 5-9 lbs
Shank half: 9-10 lbs.
Once again, please reserve yours as soon as possible so we can make reservations with our processor because they are filling up fast.
