✨ Eggs are sold unwashed and unrefrigerated – just how nature intended. This allows you the option of storing them on the counter or in the fridge. Every dozen comes with a care card so you know exactly how to handle and store them!

🌿 Exciting news: We’re currently building our olive egger breeding pens and working toward offering multi-generational olive egger lines this coming spring! 🐣 Hatching eggs will be our main focus for the 2026 chick season, so keep an eye out for our olive egger hatching eggs this spring!

🚨Farm Update Alert🚨
We’ve recently had an unexpected raccoon problem, resulting in the loss of some of our flock. To rebuild, we’re collecting all eggs this week for hatching new chicks to replace those lost. Regular egg sales will resume next week.

Additionally, the summer heat has some of our hens on a “heat strike,” which may slow down order fulfillment a bit.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support while we care for our animals and keep things running strong!
