Happy International Women’s Day! 🌾🥖

Smithereens exists because of a woman with a love for baking, a kitchen full of flour, and a dream of someday opening a small neighborhood bakery.

Today feels like a good reminder that so many of the recipes we love — breads, cookies, cinnamon rolls — have been passed down through generations of women in kitchens and homes.

Today we’re celebrating women who create, build, support, and inspire — in kitchens, businesses, and everywhere in between.

Thank you to all the women in this community who support small businesses, share recipes, and keep traditions like homemade bread alive.

And thank you for supporting this little bakery while it grows. 💛

This week’s menu:
• Hearth Loaf — $8
• English muffins (6) — $10
• Cinnamon rolls — 4 for $7
• Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies — $3

Everything is baked fresh and made in limited quantities as I continue working toward opening a future bakery and building a local customer base here in the community.
