Have been practicing some new bakes!

Chocolate brioche: very yummy but got dry fast, so need to try a new recipe/technique.
French Boule (crusty loaf): tried a new kneading technique, turned out great!
Rosemary and salt focaccia: only just out the oven but very excited to try it 🥰🥰🥰

Who else is excited to try these? 😁😁😁

Also I apologize for all the throat clearing, I didn't have a chance to get a drink before filming 😅 i wanted to get him comfortable asap
