Ok. We did a thing.
I had some pork belly that I needed to stop staring at so we smoked it, paired it with some cherry preserves and Uncle Bubby’s BBQ sweet sauce. Then why not make some Mac and cheese and toss it all together? It's delicious. Come get some while it lasts 😉
