Yesterday Lobster Hill farm - Putnam County Meat & Egg Farm hosted a private event to celebrate Father’s Day. Guests were treated to a taste of the upcoming Farm-to-Fire menu. 🍽️

Months of planning, farming, feeding, milking & testing came together around a magical setting, on a beautiful evening. ✨

We enjoyed fresh produce from Deep Roots Farm NY , I seasoned & smoked Game Hens & Cabrito from Northwind Farms & the best part… all but one ingredient came from within a 25 miles radius of our gorgeous table setting curated by the host & Lobster Hill Farm owner, Jess.

This is what the Hudson Valley is all about.💙 This is what Farm-to-Fire is. 🔥 This was an experience to remember!

The First Annual D.A.D.S. Day is in the books!!!!

If you missed Sunday’s festivities, don’t worry next year will be here sooner than you think. Here are some pics and videos to satisfy the fomo!😂

🐖🔥100lbs of pig roasted!
🍔🌭800 hotdogs and hamburgers eaten
🩲🏊At least 10 dads dunked
🎟️ 💵 30+ gifts & experiences raffled - including a Dinner for 4 cooked up by yours truly!
👨🏾‍🎓💰 $2000 in scholarships handed out by D.A.D.S. for Grads
👕👚50+ limited edition D.A.D.S DAY shirts given to a bunch of lucky kids.

Serving the community we live in was the best gift.🙏🏾

Proud to be part of this event & can’t wait to do it again!!
