Next up in our “Meet the Team” series, we’re excited to introduce Melanie!

Melanie joined Lucta-FFS in February 2026, bringing over 11 years of beverage industry experience, including 9 years in coffee. As our Category Manager of Syrups & Sauces, she plays a key role in shaping the future of the Coffee & Specialty Beverage division.

With a B.S. in Food Science, an MBA, and a certified Q Grader since 2018 (an expert in coffee tasting), Melanie combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of market trends. She’s especially passionate about building the long-term vision for the syrup category and staying ahead of what’s next.

Lately, her favorite flavor has been sesame - leaning into its rich, nutty profile as a standout flavor inspiration.
