Hello HHF family. With power and internet back up and running, we wanted to do a roll call from all our friends. We hope you are all safe and unharmed from the damage of Hurricane Helene.

Additionally, we wanted to update you on a couple of things.

1. Heath House Farms is still planning a return early spring. We can't wait get back to seeing our favorite customers.

2. Ericka has been doing well with her total knee replacement (right knee). She has been off the walker for 2 weeks. Physical therapy is gruelling but is vital to regaining full function.

3. Ericka will have her second total knee replacement in December. Yes, both knees!! She has been in significant pain for years and these surgeries are beyond needed to regain her quality of life. 23 years of law enforcement has not been kind to her body.

We will try to be more active on our page to keep you informed. We love you and miss you terribly. 🩷🤗🌱🌱

✨UPDATE✨Hey Fam!! So sorry for the delay. Ericka underwent her first total knee replacement which was a success. She's fine and recovering fast. She'll have her other knee replaced in a couple of months. We'll be back early in the new year. We miss you and cannot wait to bring you fresh microgreens very soon. We will do our best to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience. 🩷
