Christmas came early for us as some of our new chaffers arrived today! And while we’re speaking of it, we are fully booked for Friday and Saturday nights through November 27th and 28th. With that being said, now is definitely the time to book your holiday parties for December as we only have the 11th and 18th available for weekend events. We sourced some beautiful half pound Canadian cold water lobster tails yesterday and paired them with a few 22oz choice cowboy steaks that were served with compound garlic and herb butter and house made worcestershire sauce, squash / zucchini medley and roasted baby yukons.
