We blend real Maui Gold pineapple with premium vanilla ice cream (or dairy-free coconut) using a New Zealand–style ice cream machine, right on the spot.

Dole Whip? That’s a powdered mix in a soft-serve machine.

Upcountry… we have a new home. 🤗

Soulberry is officially opening in Haliimaile and we are so excited to welcome you in. We have a bright covered bay all to ourselves, freshly painted blue picnic tables, lots of plants, room to breathe, and plenty of parking. It already feels fun and spacious, and we cannot wait to keep adding little touches that make it feel even more like Soulberry.

We will be open for business this Saturday from 12 to 8 and would love to see you there. Our hours may adjust over the next couple of weeks while we get settled and learn what works best for the community, so be sure to check here for updates before you come by.

We hope you will make the quick drive over to Haliimaile for a swirl… and maybe pick up a pineapple while you’re here. We are so grateful to continue serving the Upcountry community that has supported us from the start.

We’re growing our little Soulberry fam! 🍦✨
I’m looking for 1–2 more team members to join us in Makawao. Right now there’s a spot open at the trailer, and soon there will be opportunities to help with pop-ups and events too (think weddings, surf competitions, birthdays-all the fun stuff 🌺).

If you’re 16+, love chatting with people, notice the little details, and get joy from making things pretty, this might be the perfect fit! 💕
