We get asked all the time how to get on our slaughter schedule. 🐄 🐖

Here's how:

We currently have open slaughter dates for May, June, and July of 2027. If you have an animal that will be ready at that time you can go to our online calendar to schedule a slaughter date. This will become a recurring slaughter date for years to come.

Fall dates haven't been updated for 2027, but we carry over our producers to the next year and our calendar stays full. You can put in a request for a fall slaughter date but there is no guarantee we can fit you in. So if you would like to book a recurring slaughter date with us spring and early summer is the best time to do that.
