These pasta shapes are NOT created by a machine. They are painstakingly crafted by our experienced in-house pasta makers.

The fillings are made by hand, placed into pastry bags, piped onto the pasta dough, and then carefully shaped by the artist’s hands. The result is the beautiful pasta you see before you.

At Maria’s, all of our products are made with pride and reverence for the old world traditions.
