Please tag your hardworking, independent, farming, homemaker, mom life, favorite account to follow or just a selfie photo to encourage or inspire.
Being a female farmer has taught me......
*You can do anything you set your mind to!
*Ask for help when you need it.
*If you fail, try again and again and again. And make sure you share those failures!
*Women muscles are just as strong as men muscles.
*Cussing helps in ALL circumstances.
*Make sure you embrace the small victories.
*Coffee
*There IS crying in farming. Let those tears flow.
*The old way works most often than not, so keep teaching them.
*Journal, photograph & document your life, when you’re gone, your legacy is all that remains.
* Uneducated comments will always be answered compassionately, the first time.
*Tomorrow is always a new day! But it’s not always guaranteed.
* You are never too old or too young to accomplish something new.
Women make up 36% of the total number of U.S. farm operators; 56% of all farms have at least one female decision-maker. Previously, Arizona had the highest proportion of women farmers, with 45% of all farmers in the state, until this year. Now Alaska holds that honor with 50% of women farming!
