So very much to be thankful for this year! I took time this year for some personal and professional growth and am excited and ready to get back in the swing!
Moving forward, I'm transitioning to can-conditioning to make it a bit easier to share traditional sours with friends and spread the barrel-aged gospel. First up is "Cherry Preserves", an effort to capture a beautiful trip up to in York for some incredible PA grown tart cherries.
