Y’all I need pay special tribute to the man behind the scenes for all our adventures. Without him we could not have the success that we do or the good food, or the quality family time.

To the best Hauler, Fixer, Do-Whatever is needed Husband there is. We love you and couldn’t do life without you.

Well our very first National MGR show in the books. Powderly, KY did not disappoint.
Moonshine Myotonics Dageaux strutted into the National show ring to his own tune. He turned lots of heads and we received great feedback on him and several of our does. GC Honeybunn won her class in show B while GC Jethro Gibbs made the Jr Buck drive in both Show A and B. OEL Deva sparkled in the Jr.Doe drive right next to Honeybunn.
Gibbs was also 5th in the top 10 youth bred and owned bucks for the year.
Congratulations to friends, Flying L Farms with Boo’s Boeing for being ranked 8th.
Along with a great show we had lots of first time experiences. Stayed at a beautiful home for the weekend in St.Charles, KY with friends like family Melissa Yuenger with Great River Myotonic’s and Shannon Trepinier
First time we ever ate Wild Rice soup which was great! First time we played the game Aggravation and learned Cullen was ruthless and Emmit has magic hands with dice- better never catch you in a casino kid!
Drank b**r from Wisconsin, love the can ‘ The Spotted Cow 🐄”.
We got to meet Miss Honey from Lazy BS Acres along with her two incredible owners along with other great breeders who were very welcoming and sometimes comical😆
Created our own cheer, “Barn B, BarnB,Barn B!”

Thank you to the Myotonic Goat Registry and all of its sponsors for organizing and hosting the show.

We had a good1st day and show at the MGR Fall Finale despite the rain.
We had a few 4ths and 5ths in very large competitive classes under Judge Debbie Mullins. But takeaways were:

Emmit 2nd place Youth Bred and Owned Buck with THE GCross Leroy Jethro Gibbs

Emmit 1st place in Jr Buck class with GC Gibbs once again!

Cullen was 3rd in a hefty class of 14 with Frosty Acres Jeopardy.

After all the show excitement we came bk to the house to hang out with our northern friends and had a night of games with genuine LA food including fried alligator and crawfish fettuccini!

Anyone can find a flaw.

Perspective is knowing what actually matters, and whether your response adds anything worthwhile.

Character is revealed in what we choose to amplify.

The lesson goes beyond the banner.
