Happy National AG day 2026!!! 🐓🚜🌾

This year marks 250 years of farming in the United States, and we’re really proud to be even a small part of that.

Farming here in New Jersey really isn’t easy. We’ve watched so much of farmland around us get replaced by warehouses and developments and strip malls and highways and parking lots and really the list just goes on and on. It’s hard not to feel the weight of that loss. However, It makes us appreciate the land we have and the neighbors who continue to support farms like ours even more.

A lot of the equipment we use has been repurposed, passed down, or came from other farms before us. It’s been part of a lot of stories, families, and now it’s part of ours. We’re a small family farm doing everything we can to stay in the field, literally and figuratively. 🌱🌻

While today is National Ag Day, the whole month of March is about agriculture. So take a second and thank a farmer (no matter what kind of farming they do. It’s really really really hard work 💪)

We’re just unbelievably grateful to still be able to do this whole farming thing 😉🚜

We’ve been taking things down little by little all month… but this was one of the last pieces standing. And once this comes down, the Village officially feels empty. It’s sad and weird and honestly just a little uncomfortable to see everything bare again.

BUT (before anyone panics) we’re not going far. In a blink we’ll be right back on the tree farm. And while we’re missing the Christmas chaos, we’re already knee-deep getting things ready at the flower farm. 🥾🤠🌱

As we say goodnight and turn the lights off for 2025, know this: we’re already dreaming, building, sketching, planning… and 2026 will be bigger, brighter, and even more magical than anything you’ve seen from us yet. If you thought we couldn’t top this year … just wait.

Thank you for an amazing season. Truly.
To our guests, our neighbors, and every family who walked our paths… thank you for spending your nights with us, making memories with us, and supporting our little farm and Village that somehow grows larger every year.

To our staff, especially our high school crew who show up after school, on weekends, in the cold, in the mud, and somehow still smile, thank you. Tonight closes the curtain on a lot of seasonal jobs, but we can’t wait to welcome you back next year (or on school break… we know how it goes).

Every year we change things. Every year we learn something new. And every year, because of all of you, we get a little better.

So for now… goodnight.
