We at Two River Dairy are committed to bringing you high quality, great tasting farm fresh dairy products and pantry staples right to your doorsteps. We look forward to working with our many local farmers to offer seasonal products and local specialty foods. We have secured milk that is of the highest quality from a family farm that bottles their own milk and plan to work with emerging farmers to

bring some amazing products to our region. Two River Dairy is on track to launch with basic dairy products; milk, eggs, and butter in early May. My name is Jeanine Doody and this is the story of Two River Dairy: We relocated our family of 7 to the Two River region of Monmouth County this past October. As we settled in I was missing the convenience and taste of the glass bottled milk that was delivered to our previous home. I searched for similar services without success and ultimately turned to a saving grace; my local Buy Swap Sell site and was overwhelmed by the response. Originally, I went to existing vendors to see if they would consider extending their service area. Some seemed interested for a cost and others were not but very few dealt with glass-bottled milk, which to me carries benefits for taste as well as the environment. It became clear that in order to offer competitive pricing, local product lines and service the entire region, I had to do this myself. After many evenings sitting at the kitchen table with my husband and the occasional sleep avoiding child or two, we decided to take the risk and do something for our family and the community. It has taken me a while to understand all that goes into beginning a small business but I am happy to share that Two River Dairy is opening! I hope you will join us in this exciting journey.

🥗 When Bethenny Frankel crowned The Blonde Shallot as having one of the best chicken salads she’d ever had, we had to see what all the hype was about. Then we shared our own taste test... which is now over 280,000+ views! 😳

Turns out people are really passionate about chicken salad. 🤷‍♀️

So, now we’re on a mission to find the best chicken salads around Exit 98.

Next stop: Two River Dairy in Manasquan.

This is a completely different style of chicken salad. Instead of mayonnaise, they use Argyle Cheese Farmer Whole Milk Greek Yogurt—and honestly, you don’t miss the mayo one bit. It’s creamy, fresh, and has just the right tang that lets the ingredients shine.

They’ve got two varieties:

🥒 Dill Pickle Chicken Salad – bright, tangy, and perfect if you’re a pickle fan.

💪 High Protein Chicken Salad – packed with chicken, dates, apples, celery, carrots, scallions, garlic, salt & pepper for a sweet-savory combination that’s surprisingly addictive.

We also bought the amazing yogurt that they sell to experiment with some of our own ingredients. Thinking lots of dill and just traditional celery and red onion. It probably would also make a really great curried chicken salad with grapes. 😋
