Thank you to everyone who came to Freya's Spring Herbal Workshop at The Source Harmonic Egg of Northern Virginia! And thank you to our wonderful host Kim for providing such a peaceful atmosphere! If you are unfamiliar with The Harmonic Egg, it is a sacred geometric chamber that promotes integrative energy therapy through light, color, sound, frequency, and vibration. It's an amazing healing modality that is incredibly relaxing and tailored to your needs. I highly recommend it!

Seasonal Herbal Wisdom & Energetics
1. A seasonal herbal workshop centered on reawakening, replenishing energy, and refining intention. Participants will explore nourishing spring herbs and create personalized tea blends to support renewal, vitality, and clarity for the months ahead.
2. Intuitive Tea Blending Ritual
Participants will be able to create a tea blend using three seasonal herbs with pre-chosen herbs that embody nourishment, strength, and gentle activation.
3. Freya’s Teas Intention Ceremony
Through a guided tea ceremony, we will consciously infuse our blends with intention—honoring the plant allies, the season, and the inner work of rooting dreams before they emerge. This ritual invites presence, gratitude, and embodied connection with the medicine we have created.
4. Meditation & Integration
The gathering will close with a grounding meditation to anchor intentions into the physical and energetic body. This final integration offers space to reflect, receive, and gently call in the path unfolding ahead as we move toward the returning light of spring.

1. An overview of herbalism and its applications in enhancing and maintaining health
2. Basic instruction on how to create an herbal blend
3. In depth understanding of the herbs included in the workshop
