Fresh local crossbred beef for sale year around. Sold in quarters, halves and whole animals. Raised on grass and grain in the summer and grain and dry hay in the winter. No hormones or drugs given to these animals. The grass hay that they consume in the winter is herbicide and pesticide free as well. These animals are raised on a small family farm and border more along the lines of pets than they do livestock. I have butcher dates lined up with Pond Hill (Wittenberg) and Pine Grove meats (Iola) throughout the year so processing is not a problem. Price is $2.99/lb. on the hanging weight and that includes all basic processing charges. Patties, etc. would incur an extra charge. Please direct message me for further details or questions. Beef boxes for sale. 2 sirloin steaks, 2 t-bone or porterhouse steaks, 2 ribeye steaks, 3 or 4 roasts depending on weight (approx. 10 # total), 1 pkg. shanks, and 8-10 # hamburger. Priced between $140.00-$180.00 per box depending on weight. Will have some available in a couple of weeks. P.m. me if interested.

We are currently taking orders for pasture raised, all natural chickens. Processing and pick up will be mid-June. We do require a minimum order of 5 birds with a required deposit of $5/bird. Call, text (920) 250-0126 or message of you would like to place an order. Thank you!!

Our meat birds have arrived and we are currently accepting orders for them. They will be ready for pick up by mid-June and we ask that you send a $5/bird deposit with a minimum order of 5 birds. They are processed in a USDA facility and come vacuum sealed. They are available as whole, half, or 1/8 (fryer).

I am also generating a list for anyone interested in a fall batch of fresh chicken but I do need a minimum total order of 100 birds. Right now I just have a list going and will let everyone know by July if there will be a fall batch of birds.
