Well, this will be the last steam out of the stacks for this year. A part of us is glad, a part of us is sad, but we are for sure totally grateful for the season we have had. Long? For sure, but very rewarding. Thankful for all the help we had from family and friends. We couldn't have done it without you. We set a new record, beating last year's 1400 gallons of syrup made. With any luck, today we should come close to 1500 gallons. We'll know in a few hours.

We spent some of our Easter canning 40 gallons of maple syrup to fill some orders that have stacked up because we've been so busy boiling. The season is winding down.
